The temperature rise high current generator uses imported high magnetic permeability materials, with exquisite design, featuring small size, strong electrodynamic force resistance, and convenient use. This series of high current generators is essential equipment for places requiring high current in electrical debugging across various industries. It is applied in power plants, substations, electrical appliance manufacturing plants, and research and testing laboratories, etc., and belongs to short-time or intermittent duty. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, and good performance. It is suitable for current load tests and temperature rise tests of 50Hz switches, current transformers, and other electrical equipment. The temperature rise high current generator consists of an operation console and a current booster, featuring stepless output current adjustment, stable current rise, wide load variation range, reliable operation, and simple and safe operation. It can also serve as a current source equipment for current boosting or temperature rise tests in industrial and mining enterprises. Equipped with a transformer, it can conveniently read the test current value.       When conducting high current tests, correctly connect the working circuit according to the circuit diagram of the temperature rise high current generator. Based on the output current magnitude, select the position of the high and low range switch. First, return the voltage regulator to zero, then press the start test button (green). At this time, hold the handle of the voltage regulator and slowly rotate the handwheel clockwise while watching the ammeter until the required current value is reached. After the test reaches the set value, immediately rotate the handwheel counterclockwise back to zero, press the stop button, and cut off the power.
