Product Overview
To meet the needs of transformers, our company has recently developed a revolutionary product, the first handheld three-channel DC resistance tester in China. This instrument adopts brand-new technology and features high efficiency, small size (single-hand operation), light weight, and large output current. The entire unit is controlled by an ARM processor, automatically completing self-check, data processing, display, and other functions. It also has automatic discharge, automatic demagnetization, and charge/discharge indication functions.
This instrument has high measurement accuracy and is easy to operate. It is suitable for testing distribution transformers, instrument transformers, reactors, generators, motors, and other test objects. It can also be used for rapid measurement of switches, copper bars, contactors, relay contacts, metal wires, cable accessories, and other test objects, featuring fast speed and stable data.
Main Features
- A revolutionary product representing a major breakthrough in DC resistance testing technology. The first in China to introduce a handheld three-channel DC resistance tester, lightweight yet powerful and easy to carry.
- The concept of one-time connection eliminates the need to reconnect and disconnect test leads, saving more time and reducing numerous safety hazards.
- Built-in large-capacity lithium battery supports continuous operation for more than 10 hours under typical conditions (typical conditions refer to measured resistance less than 100mΩ, 2A current range, and fully charged battery).
- The test procedure is simple and efficient, with 5 test modes to choose from. The instrument automatically measures the resistance of the selected high-voltage or low-voltage winding, including three-phase winding measurement on high or low voltage side, or single winding measurement.
- Automatically selects test current, with a maximum current of 2A.
- Effective reading up to 50,000 counts, display range 0-49999, which is more than 2.5 times that of similar products from other manufacturers (other manufacturers' products have effective readings of only 20,000 or even 10,000 counts, i.e., maximum display of 19999 or even 9999).
- Wide measurement range (0.1μΩ-20kΩ), suitable for distribution transformers, instrument transformers, reactors, generators, motors, and other test objects, as well as for rapid measurement of switches, copper bars, contactors, relay contacts, metal wires, cable accessories, and more.
