SBF triple frequency transformer is equipped with overcurrent protection, which is set at 80% of the rated output current at the factory. For small loads, it should be reset according to the actual load conditions; when overcurrent or breakdown occurs during the boosting process, the overcurrent protection will act to protect the test object, preventing the expansion of the test object's fault. At this time, the input three-phase power should also be cut off immediately to prevent damage to the triple frequency power supply device.

2. During the test, if the capacitance of the test object is not large, the compensation reactor generally does not need to be connected to the circuit. If the capacitive current of the test object is too large, the two ends of the compensation reactor should be connected in parallel with the two ends of the test object (see the wiring diagram) for current compensation, thereby improving the power factor of the entire test circuit and reducing the output current.

3. Since the SBF triple frequency transformer operates in a supersaturated state, the time for connecting to the three-phase circuit should be as short as possible, generally not exceeding five minutes. When testing the test object, the test time should not exceed 40 seconds;

4. When using the split-type triple frequency power supply device, the coil voltage of the contactor in the control box is 1/3 of the output voltage of the triple frequency power generator. Absolutely do not try it with 50HZ power supply.

5. The reactor equipped with the SBF triple frequency transformer is only allowed to be used in conjunction with the test of voltage transformers. When the voltage of the test object exceeds a certain range, a different reactor should be selected (can be specified when ordering).
