After the dry air generator enters the sub-zero refrigerator from the atmosphere, most of the water vapor is condensed into ice water, and the air undergoes the first drying. Then it enters the dry air filter, passes through the color-changing silica gel for the second drying, which adsorbs the remaining water vapor, and after filtration, it is delivered to the equipment requiring dry gas. When the color-changing silica gel becomes saturated with water, its silica gel CoCl2 changes from blue to red, indicating that the silica gel has absorbed water to saturation and needs to be replaced with dried blue silica gel to ensure the dry state of the output gas.
Performance Features:
The dry air generator is a low dew point, mobile, air-cooled high-purity gas generation device composed of four parts: the air source system, the freeze-drying system, the adsorption drying system, and the Schneider Electric control system.
Air Source System Composition: Composed of an air dust filter, an oil-free air compressor unit, an air cooler (air-cooled), an air-water separator, and a filter, it outputs clean and oil-free gas.
Freeze-Drying System Composition: This device mainly adopts an imported fully enclosed high-temperature compression refrigeration unit, with stable and reliable performance, which can obtain greater cooling capacity. The system configuration adopts an imported fully enclosed compressor unit, air heat exchanger, evaporator, air-water separator, and fine filter; during the refrigeration process, the R22 refrigerant first passes through the fully enclosed high-temperature compression refrigeration compressor, cooler, desiccant, solenoid valve, and expansion valve, and finally returns to the refrigeration compressor through the evaporator, obtaining a low-temperature environment of 0-5°C inside the evaporator.
Electrical Control: The main control electrical part adopts Schneider Electric, ensuring stable electrical performance and safety of the whole machine:
