UAHL-100T Loop Resistance Tester
The conductive performance of the conductive circuit of a circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the switch) is crucial for ensuring its safe operation. The quality of conductive performance can be reflected by the magnitude of the conductive circuit resistance. Therefore, IEC standards and manufacturers have stipulated that the loop resistance should be measured, and there are clear specifications for the loop resistance of various types of switches. In the past, double-arm bridges were commonly used. Due to the relatively small voltage and current of the bridge, when there are impurities or surface oxidation between the moving and static contacts of the switch, the test data tends to have large dispersion. Additionally, the bridge has poor anti-interference capability, so national standards stipulate that a DC current of more than 100A must be used for testing. The Loop Resistance Tester is a testing instrument developed by our company to meet the requirements of GB50150-2006 and DL/T 845.4-2004 regulations. It is widely applicable for measuring the contact resistance, loop resistance of various electrical switches, as well as the contact resistance of cables, wires, and welds.
Main Features
1. Large test current, fully compliant with national standards for contact resistance testing.
2. The test current comes from a high-precision 100A/200A switching constant current power supply, requiring no manual adjustment, ensuring fast and accurate testing.
3. Four-terminal connection method is adopted, effectively eliminating the influence of test lead resistance on test results.
4. Fast testing speed.
5. Suitable for long-term operation, equipped with overheat protection circuit, ensuring reliable and stable performance.
6. Easy operation and lightweight.
