SLQ-2000A Intelligent Three-Phase High Current Generator



The manufacturer/price is similar to that of a high-voltage current transformer. In essence, it is a double-winding step-down transformer.

Theoretically, the power on the primary side and the secondary side is equal, and during operation, the voltage and current on the primary and secondary sides are inversely proportional. As a result, the voltage is reduced while the load current is increased.

The DC high voltage generator product is a new type of equipment, controlled by a chip, mainly selected according to your requirements for the maximum current and load time.

After the high current generator (current booster) is connected to the working power supply, the output voltage of the voltage regulator is adjusted to obtain the high current required for the test.

Usage method:



1. According to the debugging requirements, connect the current booster and the test object, and connect the power supply.

2. Select the position of the current transfer switch according to the current required by the test object. Since the current transformer is not allowed to be open-circuited, the current transfer switch can only be set to the "High" or "Low" position, and cannot be placed in the middle position.

3. Close the power supply, the green light is on (if the green light is not on, turn the voltage regulator knob counterclockwise to zero until the green light is on), press the start button, the green light goes off and the red light is on, rotate the voltage regulator handle clockwise to raise the current to the required value.

4. Turn the voltage regulator handle counterclockwise to zero, press the stop button, the red light goes off and the green light is on, the test is over.
