Policy Support: 12 Types of Instruments and Inspection Testing to Receive Strategic Emerging Industry Support
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission published the 2016 draft for public comments of the "Guidance Catalogue for Key Products and Services of Strategic Emerging Industries", covering key products and services in nine strategic emerging industries, including the biological industry, equipment manufacturing industry, and high-tech service industry.
It is reported that according to the "13th Five-Year" development outline, the catalogue has been revised and supplemented based on the 2013 version. Environmental monitoring instruments and emergency treatment equipment, medical examination and testing instruments, intelligent instruments, and inspection and testing services are all included, as follows:
Atmospheric Pollution Monitoring and Detection Instruments
Including air quality and pollution source online monitoring systems, online PM2.5 composition analyzers, vehicle exhaust cloud detection system engineering equipment, toxic and heavy metal online monitoring systems, persistent organic pollutants (POPs) automatic online detection systems, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) automatic online detection systems, organic carbon/elemental carbon (OC/EC) fully automatic online analyzers, and laser process gas analysis systems.
Water Quality Pollutant Monitoring and Detection Instruments
Including online biological toxicity water quality early warning monitoring technology and equipment, portable wireless broad-spectrum intelligent spectrophotometric water pollutant detectors, online automatic analyzers for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in water, rapid screening instruments for genotoxic pollutants in water, precision control instruments for sewage treatment systems, integrated mobile equipment for groundwater sampling and detection, and leakage monitoring/detection early warning systems for landfill liners.
