TQSB Cascade High-Voltage Test Transformer

The cascade high-voltage test transformer is produced based on the same type of YDJ high-voltage test transformer, in accordance with the national standard for test transformers DL/T848.2-2004, after improvements. Compared with similar YDJ products, this series has the characteristics of small size, light weight, compact structure, and convenient transportation. It is suitable for power, industrial and mining, scientific research and other departments, for power frequency withstand voltage tests on various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, and insulating materials. It is an indispensable instrument in high-voltage testing.





Detailed Introduction





TQSB The core of the cascade high-voltage test transformer is a single-frame type. The coil adopts a concentric cylindrical multi-layer tower structure. The primary low-voltage winding is wound on the core, and the secondary high-voltage winding is wound outside the low-voltage winding. This coaxial arrangement reduces coupling loss between windings. The product's shell is made into an octagonal structure that fits well with the core, giving the overall appearance a beautiful and elegant look. Immersed test transformer is a single-phase transformer with connection group label II. The working process of a single test transformer: AC 380V voltage is connected to the power control console, and through the auto-transformer (for 50KVA and above, the voltage regulator is external) inside the console, the voltage is adjusted from 0 to 400V and applied to the primary winding of the high-voltage test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, TQSB high-voltage test transformer oil can obtain the required high voltage in the high-voltage winding of the test transformer.

           The ambient temperature should not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than —20℃;



           The relative humidity of air should not exceed 90%;



           The altitude should not exceed 3500 meters;



2. Working voltage



           The input voltage of the power control box (console) is power frequency 220V or 380V, with a relative error not exceeding ±10%; (the specific voltage used is selected according to the specifications of the test transformer ordered by the user)
