After the instrument is powered on or the reset key is pressed, it enters the initial state (1). At this time, the cursor pointer points to "Resistance". Press the "OK" key directly to enter state (2), displaying the changing charging current and measurement time. After charging is completed, it automatically enters state (3), displaying the resistance value, measurement current, and measurement time. At this time, each press of the "OK" key stores a measurement result (models with a printer also print the measurement result simultaneously). Press the "Reset" key to exit resistance measurement and enter state (4), displaying the discharge current. After discharge is completed, it automatically returns to the initial state (1), completing one resistance measurement.
2. Number Setting
Inputting the equipment number helps in searching memory data. In the initial state (1), point the cursor to "Settings" and press the "OK" key to enter state (5), displaying the current equipment number. Then press the "OK" key again to enter state (6), prompting to input a new equipment number. At this time, pressing the "Select" key can cycle the current input digit from '0' to '9', then from 'A' to 'Z'. After finding the desired number or letter, press the "OK" key to input one digit, then use the same method to input the next digit. After inputting six digits, return to state (5), displaying the newly input equipment number. Press the "Reset" key to return to the initial state (1).
3. Memory Operation
In the initial state (1), move the cursor to "Memory" and press the "OK" key to enter state (7), displaying the total number of records in the current memory. At this time, pressing the "Select" key can enter state (8), displaying memory record contents sequentially starting from the latest record. NNNNNN represents the equipment number of that record, and MM represents the MM-th resistance value of that equipment. During measurement, each time the "OK" key is pressed to store a measurement result, the MM value increases by 1. Each time a new equipment number is input, the MM value restarts from 1. Pressing both the "Select" and "OK" keys simultaneously will clear all data in the memory. Press the "Reset" key to exit memory operation and return to state (1). The memory can store up to 120 measurement results; after exceeding 120, the oldest records will be overwritten. The memory content can be retained for a long time without loss even under power-off conditions.
Instrument Precautions
1. When measuring an off-load tap-changing transformer, be sure to reset before switching the tap. After discharge is completed, wait until the discharge prompt tone ends and the prompt message disappears before switching the tap switch.
3. After the test is completed, press the "Reset" key. Be sure to wait until the discharge indicator light goes out and the prompt message disappears before turning off the power and disconnecting the wires.
4. During the test, please avoid power outages or test clamp detachment.
5. Connect the ground wire before turning on the power, and disconnect the ground wire last after the test.
Classification Test Methods
A: DC Power Supply Test: Close the main power switch, the corresponding indicator light will turn on. Press the "Start/Stop" key to perform the test. After the test, press the "Reset key", the instrument displays "Discharging". Wait until the instrument returns to the startup interface, then turn off the main power switch, the corresponding indicator light goes out, then switch the test clamps for another test.
B. AC Power Supply Test: Connect the AC220V power supply, the "Charging" indicator light turns on. Close the main power switch, the corresponding indicator light turns on.
DC Resistance Tester Features
1. Built-in rechargeable battery pack, no AC power supply needed for on-site testing, convenient to use.
2. The output charging current can reach up to 2A, fast test speed.
3. Resistance measurement range is 1μΩ-2KΩ, wide range.
4. Uses high-quality imported components, software design with multiple anti-interference programs, high measurement accuracy, and good repeatability.
5. LCD display mode, suitable for various working environments.
