The dielectric loss test instrument is composed of medium and large scale integrated circuits. It has high output power, high short-circuit current value, and multiple output voltage levels (each model has four voltage levels). The working principle is that the DC high voltage generated by the internal battery through DC/DC conversion is output from the E terminal, passes through the tested object to the L terminal, thereby generating a current from E to L terminal. After I/V conversion and division operation, the measured insulation resistance value is directly displayed on the LCD.
