The TLHG2010 intelligent dual-display insulation resistance tester features multiple voltage output levels (500V, 1000V, 2500V, 5000V), large capacity, strong anti-interference capability, synchronized pointer and digital display, AC/DC dual-use, simple operation, automatic calculation of various insulation indicators (absorption ratio, polarization index), and power-off protection for all measurement results.[1]

Product Features

Edit

1. Multiple voltage output options: TLHG2000 (2500V/5000V), TLHG2010 (500V, 1000V, 2500V, 5000V), with a resistance measurement range of up to 0-200GΩ, automatic range switching, and corresponding indications.

2. Two methods simultaneously display insulation resistance values. The mechanical pointer uses an ultra-thin tension wire structure with strong shock resistance. The mechanical pointer allows easy observation of the change range of insulation resistance, while the dot-matrix LCD screen guides users in operating the instrument and provides precise measurement results.

3. The mechanical meter head and LCD screen are combined into one. Dual-scale display with automatic range switching. Colorful scales are easy to read, with LED indicators showing corresponding colors.

4. Uses an embedded industrial microcontroller and real-time operating software system. High automation, strong anti-interference capability, and the instrument can automatically calculate absorption ratio and polarization index without manual intervention.

5. User-friendly interface, with power-off protection for all measurement results, capable of continuously storing 20 measurement results.

6. An audible prompt is output when high voltage is generated.

7. Built-in residual high-voltage discharge circuit automatically discharges residual high voltage from the tested device after testing.

8. AC/DC dual-use, equipped with rechargeable battery and AC adapter.

9. Portable design for easy field operation.

10. High-voltage short-circuit current ≥3mA, making it an ideal testing instrument for measuring insulation resistance of large transformers, instrument transformers, generators, high-voltage motors, power capacitors, power cables, lightning arresters, etc.
