Product Features

1. Fully Automatic Tester

Simply set the maximum output voltage and maximum output current, and the instrument will automatically start from zero to increase voltage or current for various tests. During the test, it automatically records test data, plots the volt-ampere characteristic curve, the 10% and 5% error curves, and automatically calculates the knee point value. This eliminates tedious steps such as manual voltage adjustment, manual recording and organization, and curve plotting, greatly improving testing efficiency. Test results can be stored in the instrument, printed on-site or later, or transferred to a computer via a USB drive for processing and printing. The operation is quick, simple, convenient, and easy to master.

2. Comprehensive Functions

The functions of the device are as follows:

CT Test: Volt-ampere characteristic curve                   PT Test: Volt-ampere characteristic curve

Automatic calculation of curve knee point                           Automatic calculation of curve knee point

5% and 10% error curves                        5% and 10% error curves

Ratio and polarity                                     Ratio and polarity

Ratio error and phase displacement measurement                              Ratio error and phase displacement measurement

Secondary loop load test,                   Secondary loop load test

Secondary winding AC withstand voltage                          Secondary winding AC withstand voltage

Secondary DC resistance test                          Secondary DC resistance test

Primary current injection test

3. Output Hold

It has a voltage hold function for metering verification and secondary AC withstand voltage tests. It has a current hold function for secondary loop inspection.

4. True RMS Sampling

All voltage and current signals are sampled as true RMS values. Please use a true RMS meter for calibration.

5. Single Power Supply, Convenient Operation

Only a single input power supply, AC220V, is required, abandoning the outdated method of some manufacturers that require a 380V power supply to meet technical requirements.

6. USB Drive Storage

Test data can be transferred to a PC via a USB drive, where it can be processed, displayed, printed, and stored as data and curve reports, greatly facilitating report organization for users.

7. Date and Clock

The instrument comes with a system time, and the device automatically records the test time during testing, facilitating the storage and review of test records.

8. Non-Contact Testing, High Safety

It is a fully computerized device. Once the settings are completed, no manual contact is needed, and the instrument performs tests fully automatically. This keeps test personnel away from high-voltage circuits, ensuring their safety.
