1 Product Introduction
Dielectric Loss Tester is also applicable for measuring tgδ and capacitance of high-voltage electrical equipment in workshops, laboratories, and scientific research institutions. Variable Frequency Dielectric Loss Tester adopts Chinese menu operation, and the microcomputer automatically completes the entire measurement process.
This instrument can measure high-voltage electrical equipment that is ungrounded or directly grounded using positive and reverse wiring methods. It can also measure the tgδ of capacitive voltage transformers and the capacitance of main capacitors C1 and C2. The instrument is equipped with an internal high-voltage step-up transformer and incorporates safety protection measures such as zero-crossing closing and lightning protection. During the test, it outputs high voltages of different levels from 0.5kV to 10kV, making operation simple and safe. Variable Frequency Fully Automatic Dielectric Loss Tester
I. Product Overview:
The Variable Frequency Fully Automatic Dielectric Loss Tester is a high-precision testing instrument used in power plants, substations, and other field or laboratory settings to measure the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment. The instrument features an integrated structure, incorporating a dielectric loss test bridge, variable frequency voltage regulating power supply, step-up transformer, and SF6 high-standard capacitor for stability. The test high-voltage source is generated by the internal inverter and stepped up by the transformer for testing the test object. The frequency can be varied to 45Hz or 55Hz, 55Hz or 65Hz, using digital notch technology to avoid interference from power frequency electric fields, fundamentally solving the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference. It is also suitable for testing after complete power outage using generator power supply. The instrument can be equipped with an insulating oil cup to test the dielectric loss of insulating oil.
II. Product Technical Requirements
1) Main Features of the Product:
1. Large LCD Chinese Display The instrument is equipped with a large screen (105mm×65mm) Chinese menu interface, divided into left and right sections. The left side is the function menu area, and the right side provides relevant status information prompts. Each step is very clear, and operators can use it without professional training. With one operation, the microcomputer automatically completes the entire measurement process, making it an ideal dielectric loss measurement device.
2. Massive Data Storage The instrument is equipped with a calendar chip and large-capacity storage, allowing test results to be saved in chronological order. Historical records can be viewed at any time and printed out.
3. Scientific and Advanced Data Management Data from the instrument can be exported via USB drive and can be viewed and managed on any PC using our company's dedicated software, and work reports can be generated.
4. Multiple Test Modes The instrument can use various test methods including internal high voltage, external high voltage, internal standard, external standard, positive wiring, reverse wiring, and self-excitation methods. In external standard and external high voltage modes, it can perform dielectric loss tests at high voltages (greater than 10kV).
5. One-Step CVT Testing The instrument can also test the dielectric loss and capacitance of fully sealed CVTs (capacitive voltage transformers) C1 and C2, achieving simultaneous testing of C1 and C2. It can also test the CVT ratio and voltage phase difference.
6. High-Speed Signal Sampling The internal inverter and sampling circuits are fully digitally controlled, and the output voltage is continuously adjustable.
7. Multiple Protections for Safety and Reliability The instrument has multiple protection measures such as input voltage fluctuation, output short circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent, and temperature protection, ensuring the safety and reliability of the instrument. It also has a grounding detection function to ensure that ungrounded equipment cannot be energized.
