Referring to Part 3 of the general technical conditions for high-voltage test equipment in the power industry standard, DL/T846.3-2004 High-Voltage Switch Comprehensive Tester is used as the design basis. It can accurately measure the mechanical dynamic characteristic parameters of various voltage levels of low-oil, multi-oil, vacuum, SF6 and other high-voltage circuit breakers.
