GKC-F High Voltage Switch Dynamic Characteristic Tester

I. Overview

With the development of society, people have increasingly higher requirements for the safety and reliability of electricity use. High-voltage circuit breakers play a dual role of control and protection in the power system, and their performance directly affects the safe operation of the power system. The GKC-8 High Voltage Switch Dynamic Characteristic Tester is designed based on the latest "High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers" GB1984-2003, and in accordance with the People's Republic of China Electric Power Industry Standard "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Equipment" Part 3, DL/T846.3-2004 High Voltage Switch Comprehensive Tester. It provides convenience for dynamic analysis of various circuit breakers and can accurately measure the dynamic characteristic parameters of high-voltage circuit breakers of various voltage levels, including low-oil, multi-oil, vacuum, and SF6 types.

IV. Terminology Definitions

4-1. Time Measurement

(1) Opening (Closing) Time

Opening (closing) time refers to the time from when the switch receives the opening (closing) control signal (coil energized) to when the moving contact and static contact of the switch are first separated (closed).

(2) Phase Synchronization

The difference between the maximum and minimum opening and closing times among contacts of the same phase.

(3) Inter-phase Synchronization

Among phases A, B, and C, the difference between the maximum closing times of each phase is the closing inter-phase synchronization, and the difference between the minimum opening times is the opening inter-phase synchronization.

(4) Bounce Count

Bounce count refers to the number of times the moving and static contacts of the switch separate (close) during the opening (closing) operation.

(5) Bounce Time

Bounce time refers to the time from the first separation (or closing) of the moving contact and static contact to the final stable separation (or closing).
