How often is the Level 3 Power Facilities Testing License inspected?



According to IEC and relevant national regulations, transformers in production, semi-finished and finished products, as well as newly installed and overhauled transformers, must undergo transformer ratio testing before being put into operation. The "Regulations for Handover and Preventive Testing of Power Equipment" also require regular transformer ratio testing for operating transformers. Transformer ratio testing can check the condition of transformer windings and tap changers, and determine whether there are defects such as coil short circuits, incorrect connections, or inter-turn short circuits, thereby ensuring the safe use of the equipment.



The transformer ratio and group tester uses a 32-bit ARM core as the processing center to control the entire device. It enables one-time measurement of the ratio for single-phase or three-phase transformers. The instrument's operation is fully displayed in Chinese menus, making it simple and intuitive. The test results are accurate and reliable, and the instrument can store and print test results.
