Fault Analysis

Precautions

Fault Phenomenon Cause Analysis Troubleshooting Method Remarks
No display on power-on 1) Power not connected Connect power supply When replacing the fuse, use the same model; do not substitute with other types.
2) The instrument's 5A fuse is not installed properly or is open Reinstall the fuse or replace it
Output current cannot reach 200A 1) Test line too long, i.e., wire cross-section too small Replace with wires of larger cross-section
No current output 1) Device under test is open circuit Check the device

Troubleshoot

2) Open circuit fault in test loop Check the test loop and clear the open circuit fault

1. Before turning on the power switch, ensure the test button is released (not in test state) and the current adjustment knob is turned counterclockwise to the "zero" position.

2. The instrument should be placed indoors in a dry, ventilated area free from corrosive gases.

3. After testing, wait until the power is fully discharged before removing test leads and other devices.

Transportation and Storage

1. Transportation

When the equipment needs to be transported, it is recommended to use the company's wooden packaging box and shock-absorbing materials to avoid unnecessary damage during transit, preventing unnecessary losses.

When transporting without a wooden box, do not stack the equipment. When using the company's packaging box, the maximum stacking height is two layers.

During transportation, the instrument panel should face upward.

2. Storage

The equipment should be stored indoors in a dry, dust-free, ventilated area free from corrosive gases. Without wooden box packaging, stacking is not allowed.

When stored, the panel should face upward. Place moisture-proof materials under the equipment to prevent dampness.

Development Trends

It will develop towards higher precision, intelligence, and miniaturization.
