Product Introduction

This instrument uses a high-voltage inverter circuit to invert DC power supply to rated high-voltage outputs of 1000V, 2500V, 5000V, 10000V applied to both ends of the test object. It adopts advanced voltage and current sampling circuits, performing division operation on the sampled voltage across the test object and the current flowing through it, obtaining a digital result output to a high-precision A/D converter, and then the A/D conversion result is output to the MCU circuit for processing. The resistance value is directly read from the LCD digital display. The A/D converter automatically performs conversion at 15s, 1min, and 10min after starting the high-voltage test, and stores the data in the data memory; the data in the memory can be automatically or manually retrieved, and also can perform R1min/R15s and R10min/R1min calculations, and read out the values.
