180kVA/60kV Series Resonance Withstand Voltage Test Equipment Detailed Information

180kVA/60kV Series Resonance Withstand Voltage Test Device

Product Introduction:

It consists of a variable frequency power supply, an excitation transformer, high-voltage reactors, and a capacitive voltage divider. The capacitance of the test object and the reactor form a series resonance connection; the voltage divider is connected in parallel with the test object to measure the resonance voltage on the test object and serve as an overvoltage protection signal; the frequency-modulated power output is coupled to the series resonance circuit through the excitation transformer, providing the excitation power for the series resonance.

Product Functions:

1) The variable frequency power supply is placed both vertically and horizontally, making it particularly suitable for on-site operation and observation;

2) Both internal and external special shock-absorbing rubber support feet and protective aluminum box effectively reduce vibration during transportation and impact during lifting. This ensures long-term stability and reliability of the variable frequency power supply;

3) Parameter display: large-screen LCD interface system with touch or external mouse display

It can display resonance voltage (i.e., the target voltage set before the test), test frequency, measurement frequency, low-voltage voltage, low-voltage current, withstand voltage time, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, flashover protection, staged voltage increase and timing, operation mode switching, capacitance, inductance, frequency interchange calculation, parameter query, etc. It can also display frequency curves, voltage curves, etc., allowing intuitive judgment of the accuracy and stability of the resonance frequency during the test;

4) Parameter setting: large-screen touch LCD color screen and external mouse directly complete various parameter settings, including setting or selecting start frequency, end frequency, start voltage, staged voltage increase and timing, measurement voltage divider ratio, excitation transformer ratio, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, flashover protection, test mode, capacitance-inductance-frequency interchange calculation, parameter setting prompts, and help;

5) Test modes: touch screen and external mouse operation, with three operating states: fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual. It has functions such as voltage increase, tuning (including manual and automatic), staged voltage application and timing, operating status, mode switching, fault indication, capacitance-inductance-frequency interchange calculation, etc.;

6) Protection functions and information prompts: multiple protection functions including high-voltage overvoltage protection, low-voltage overcurrent, overcurrent protection, detuning protection, zero position, flashover protection, emergency stop, undervoltage protection, etc.;

7) Data storage function: test results saved (manual save), print, upload, recall, etc.

① Test results: after manual or automatic test completion, the test result interface can display detailed parameters during the test. When the test is interrupted, the interruption status can be indicated. The parameters can be saved in a non-volatile memory, which can store 50 test records;
