Wiring Method of High Voltage Switch Characteristic Tester

This tester has the function of comprehensive testing of the dynamic characteristics of low-oil switches, SF6 switches, and vacuum switches. According to the different structural characteristics of various switches, it is equipped with corresponding speed sensors, which are: sensor, angle rotation sensor, and sliding sensor.



2. Sensor Introduction



   2.1 Sensor



The appearance of the sensor is shown in Figure 8:



The external dimensions are: 30mm×20mm×20mm. It is small in size, light in weight, and can be conveniently tied (using insulating tape is sufficient) on the linear motion mechanism.



The characteristics are as follows:



☆ The sensor does not require any support, making it convenient for on-site installation;                         



☆ Suitable for testing in any occasion where the on-site switch mechanism performs linear motion;



☆ Small size, light weight, easy installation, and no worry about affecting the movement speed of the operating mechanism.                                            



2.2 Angle Rotation Sensor



   The appearance of the angle rotation sensor is shown in Figure 7:



The angle rotation sensor adopts the grating principle, directly testing the relationship between rotation angle and time, and then automatically calculates the proportional coefficient based on the input reference opening distance or total stroke, and finally converts it into actual speed and stroke.



The characteristics are as follows:



☆ The sensor is light in weight, the contact part with the rotating part of the switch is a strong magnet, and the support frame is fixed by a universal strong magnetic force, which is convenient for on-site installation;



☆ It can identify forward and reverse rotation, which is helpful for judging the over-travel stroke of the switch;



☆ Suitable for occasions where the on-site switch mechanism has rotating parts and the angle is linearly related to the linear motion.



2.3 Sliding Sensor  (Optional)
