Parameters such as current withstand time of high-current generator

High-current generator, also commonly known as current riser, is a professional device used to generate high current in electrical debugging, equipment calibration, and scientific research. It is widely applied in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, railway, and electrical equipment manufacturing.

⚙️ Working Principle

The high-current generator is essentially a low-voltage, high-current dry-type transformer. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, it adjusts the input voltage through an internal voltage regulator (usually an autotransformer), thereby obtaining the required high current at the secondary coil (output end). Modern devices typically adopt microelectronic processing technology for intelligent control, achieving precise measurement and automatic control of output current through high-precision sensors and AD acquisition chips.
