200A Loop Resistance Tester:
The tester is controlled by a micro single-chip computer, with a user-friendly Chinese interface display. It is a device used for measuring contact resistance and loop resistance of switch control equipment; its test current adopts 100A DC, which can directly measure loop resistance or contact resistance under 100A current. It has test time setting, automatic identification of open circuit in large test current, and uses liquid crystal display to show test current value and test resistance value, with print output capability. The instrument features accurate measurement, stable performance, and easy operation. It is suitable for loop resistance testing requirements in power and high-voltage switchgear factories.
Measurement steps:
1. Connect the test wires to the instrument and clamp the test object properly.
2. Connect the ground wire (or clamp the grounding clip to the metal part of the box handle)!!!
3. Plug in the 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, and correctly input the test duration.
4. Correctly select the test current gear.
5. If the measured current cannot reach 100A or is zero, check whether the connected loop is in good contact.
6. If a single test lasts too long and the power supply overheats, automatic protection will be activated. Turn off the power for a period (about 10-20 minutes) to allow the power supply to cool down before reuse.
7. The test current gear must be selected before starting the test! (For models with current selection)
8. The interval between two tests should not be less than 30 seconds.
9. It is recommended to take the average of three tests (due to deviations caused by surface oil contamination or poor contact).
10. If the current wire breaks during testing, the instrument will automatically identify it, turn off the current output control, and prompt 'Please check the circuit'!
