Manual Operation:
①Close the power supply, the system enters the main interface. Set relevant parameters according to the test object (the parameter settings for manual operation are the same as for automatic operation. After setting parameters, click the "Start Test" button on the main interface to enter the test interface, then manual test can be performed). After setting parameters, press the "Start" button on the main interface, the contactor closes, and the system can perform jog voltage boosting.
②Press the "Boost" button, closely monitor the changes in high voltage until the voltage rises to the target value. At this time, the system will automatically start timing. After the specified time is reached, the system automatically returns to zero, and the device will emit a beeping sound, indicating that the test object is qualified. The printing operation method is the same as automatic.
③The manual timing button can be enabled at any voltage.

VIII. Precautions
For your safety and the safety of the equipment, please read the following carefully:
1. The casing must be reliably grounded during testing.
2. Do not place unrelated items on the equipment panel or around it during testing.
3. Check the power supply voltage before use.
4. When replacing fuses and accessories, use the same model as this instrument.
5. This instrument should be protected from moisture and oil contamination.
6. Ensure the device under test is powered off and disconnected from other live equipment before testing.
IX. Maintenance and Repair
1. Verify equipment usability
Before using the instrument, first observe whether the appearance is damaged. After powering on, check whether the LCD screen displays and whether the display is complete. For instruments that have not been used for a long time, also check whether the output terminals are corroded or aged; if so, clean them before use. When using, refer to the "Operation" method.
2. Equipment maintenance
After each test, clean the connections on the instrument terminals, turn off the power, unplug the power cord, and place it in a dry, dust-free, ventilated room without corrosive gases.
X. Transportation and Storage
1. Transportation
When the equipment needs to be transported, it is recommended to use the company's instrument packaging wooden box and shock-absorbing items to avoid unnecessary damage during transportation and prevent unnecessary losses.
When the equipment is transported without a wooden box, stacking is not allowed. When using the company's instrument packaging box, the maximum stacking height is two layers.
During transportation, the panel should face upward.
2. Storage
The equipment should be placed in a dry, dust-free, ventilated room without corrosive gases. Without wooden box packaging, stacking is not allowed.
When storing, the panel should face upward. Place moisture-proof items under the equipment to prevent moisture.
XI. Unpacking and Inspection
1. Unpacking precautions
Before unpacking, ensure the arrow mark on the outer packaging is facing upward. When unpacking, do not hit it forcefully to avoid damaging the equipment. Remove the equipment and keep the outer packaging and shock-absorbing items for future transportation and storage, which is also environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
2. Inspection content
After unpacking, remove the equipment and check the equipment and accessories according to the packing list. If any shortage is found, contact our company immediately, and we will provide timely service.
XII. Others
This product is warranted for one year, with "three guarantees" (repair, replacement, and compensation) and lifetime maintenance. During the warranty period, any quality issues of the equipment will be repaired free of charge. For damage caused by improper operation or negligence, preferential service will be provided.
