Appendix 1: Method for Replacing Paper in the Panel Printer The printer equipped with the instrument has been installed with a paper roll at the factory. When the paper roll inside the printer is used up, a new paper roll needs to be installed. The specific installation process is as follows: (1) Remove the front cover of the printer. (2) Remove the entire printer from the instrument panel. Use your fingers to pinch the movable tabs on both sides of the printer inward, and gently remove the entire printer from the instrument panel. Note: Before removing the printer, make sure the printer power is turned off. (3) Remove the paper roll shaft from the printer. (4) Slide the new paper roll onto the paper roll shaft, and install the paper roll shaft into the guide groove of the printer so that it will not fall out. (5) Cut the paper head into a cone shape. (6) Turn on the printer power, press the SEL key to turn off the SEL indicator light, then press the LF key to rotate the print head. At this time, use your hand to feed the paper head into the paper inlet below the print head, and the paper will quickly enter the print head until it emerges from the front of the print head. The exposed part should have a certain length. Press the SEL or LF key again to stop paper feeding. Turn off the power, close the front cover of the printer, and thread the paper head out through the outlet on the front cover. (7) Reinstall the entire printer onto the instrument panel. Usage Method of DC Resistance Tester: A: DC Power Test: Close the main power switch, and the corresponding indicator light will illuminate. Press the "Start/Stop" key to perform the test. After the test is completed, press the "Reset" key, and the instrument will display "Discharging". Wait until the instrument returns to the startup interface, then turn off the main power switch, and the corresponding indicator light will go out. Then switch the test clips for another test. B. AC Power Test: Connect the AC 220V power supply, and the "Charging" indicator light will illuminate. Close the main power switch, and the corresponding indicator light will illuminate. The operation is similar to the DC test method. Special Attention: After the test is completed, you must press the "Reset" key and wait until the instrument returns to the startup interface before turning off the power for the next test.

Panel Operation Method


◇This instrument is equipped with three keys: "Select", "Confirm", and "Reset". 1. Resistance Measurement After the instrument is powered on or the Reset key is pressed, it enters the initial state (1). At this time, the cursor pointer points to "Resistance". Press the "Confirm" key directly to enter state (2), which displays the changing charging current and measurement time. After charging is completed, it automatically enters state (3), displaying the resistance value, measurement current, and measurement time. At this time, each press of the "Confirm" key stores one measurement result (for models with a printer, the measurement result is printed simultaneously). Press the "Reset" key to exit resistance measurement and enter state (4), displaying the discharge current. After discharge is completed, it automatically returns to the initial state (1), completing one resistance measurement. 2. Number Setting Inputting the equipment number helps in searching memory data. In the initial state (1), point the cursor to "Setting" and press the "Confirm" key to enter state (5), displaying the current equipment number. Press the "Confirm" key again to enter state (6), prompting to input a new equipment number. At this time, pressing the "Select" key can cycle the current input digit from '0' to '9', then from 'A' to 'Z'. After finding the desired number or letter, press the "Confirm" key to input that digit. Then input the next digit in the same way. After inputting six digits, it returns to state (5), displaying the newly input equipment number. Press the "Reset" key to return to the initial state (1). 3. Memory Operation In the initial state (1), move the cursor to "Memory" and press the "Confirm" key to enter state (7), displaying the total number of records in the current memory. At this time, pressing the "Select" key can enter state (8), displaying the memory record contents sequentially starting from the latest record. NNNNNN represents the equipment number of that record, and MM represents the MM-th resistance value of that equipment. During measurement, each time the "Confirm" key is pressed to store a measurement result, the MM value increases by 1. When a new equipment number is input, the MM value restarts accumulation from 1. Pressing both the "Select" and "Confirm" keys simultaneously will clear all data in the memory. Press the "Reset" key to exit memory operation and return to state (1). The memory can store up to 120 measurement results. After exceeding 120, the oldest records will be overwritten. The memory contents can be retained for a long time without loss even when the power is off.
