2. Test current: DC 50A, 100A, 150A, 200A fixed output

3. Measurement accuracy: ±(0.5% rd+2d)

4. Continuous working time: 5s~599s

5. Display mode: large screen Chinese LCD display

6. Communication method: RS232 serial port

7. Working power supply: AC220V±10% 50Hz

8. Total power: 1200W

Operating Procedure

1. Connect the wires according to the four-terminal connection method.

2. Turn on the power.

3. Press the measurement key (if the current display A value is less than 100A, it can be corrected through the panel current fine-tuning).

4. After the measurement value is displayed, save the data.

5. After the measurement, please turn off the power.

6. Please take care of the test clamps.

Instructions for Use

1. According to the four-wire measurement method, connect the test object to the instrument panel with the special test leads. Note that the voltage measurement leads should be connected inside the current output leads.

2. Connect the AC220V power supply (note: the third wire of the power input, i.e., the protective ground, must be connected to the earth), press the power switch. At this time, the ammeter and resistance meter display "000" (one digit fluctuation is allowed before the value is stable).

3. Press the measurement switch, adjust the current output knob (clockwise) until the ammeter head displays "100.0", then read the number on the resistance meter head, which is the resistance of the test object, and record it. (If it displays "1", it indicates that the measured circuit is over-range).

4. After the test, adjust the current output adjustment knob (counterclockwise) to the minimum, reset the measurement switch, and then turn off the power switch.

5. To repeat the test, simply reset the measurement switch, re-clamp the test clamps, and press the measurement switch again.

Fault Analysis

Precautions

Fault Phenomenon Cause Analysis Troubleshooting Method Remarks
No display upon power-on 1) Power not connected Connect the power When replacing the fuse, use the same type of fuse; do not replace with other types.
2) The instrument's 5A fuse is not installed properly or is open Reinstall the fuse or replace the fuse
Output current cannot reach 200A 1) The test line is too long, i.e., the wire cross-section is too small Replace with a wire of larger cross-section
No current output 1) The device under test is open circuit Check the device

Eliminate the fault

2) There is an open circuit fault in the test loop Check the test loop and eliminate the open circuit fault

1. Before turning on the power switch, ensure that the test button is popped up (in non-test state) and the current adjustment knob is turned counterclockwise to the "zero position".

2. The instrument should be placed in a dry, ventilated room without corrosive gases.

3. After the test, be sure to wait until the power is completely discharged before removing the test leads and other devices.

Transportation and Storage

1. Transportation

When the equipment needs to be transported, it is recommended to use the company's instrument packaging wooden box and shock-absorbing materials to avoid unnecessary damage during transportation and prevent unnecessary losses.

When the equipment is transported without a wooden box, stacking is not allowed. When using the company's instrument packaging box, the maximum stacking layers allowed is two.

During transportation, the instrument panel should face upward.

2. Storage

The equipment should be placed in a dry, dust-free, ventilated room without corrosive gases. Without wooden box packaging, stacking is not allowed.

When the equipment is stored, the surface
