This device is used in manufacturing plants of SF6 gas-insulated electrical equipment, as well as in operation, research and other departments. It is used to evacuate various electrical equipment, fill SF6 gas into electrical equipment, recover SF6 gas from electrical equipment in use or under test, and simultaneously purify, compress and store it in storage tanks.
Our company has independently developed a more cost-effective SF6 gas recovery and filling device, referring to the power industry standard DL/T 662-1999 "Technical Conditions for SF6 Gas Recovery Devices" and the former Ministry of Machinery and Electronics JB/DQ2588-90 "SF6 Gas Filling and Recovery Device" standard, and also referencing the advantages of the world's leading brand German DILO products. It is more suitable for the SF6 high-voltage switchgear industry. The device consists of a recovery system, a filling system, a vacuum pumping system, a drying system, a purification system, and a storage system, with the following main functions:
1. Vacuum pumping and vacuum measurement of the device itself, electrical equipment, and storage tanks
2. Recovery of gas from electrical equipment
3. Drying and purification of recovered and refilled SF6 gas
4. Filling SF6 gas into SF6 electrical equipment
5. Compressing and storing SF6 gas in liquid form from electrical equipment
II. Technical Requirements
Main features of the product:
1. Adopts the system principle of German DILO company, with advanced design, complete functions, reasonable structure, and simple and clear operation.
2. The compression system introduces a two-stage single-acting compressor with foreign compression technology. This compressor can directly compress SF6 gas into liquid state for storage in the SF6 storage tank (or use auxiliary refrigeration for compression and storage), achieving oil-free and rapid recovery of SF6 gas.
3. The vacuum pumping system uses a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with fast vacuum rate, and is equipped with an oil return prevention device in the system.
4. The recovery and pressurization system uses a single-stage rotary vane pump (diaphragm pump) with low residual pressure and fast speed.
5. The purification system adopts the filter principle of American Pionair company. The filter is enhanced with built-in vacuum electric heating and built-in adsorbent, making the purification effect more significant (without frequent replacement of adsorbent).
6. The electrical system of the device automatically confirms and adjusts the three-phase power supply.
7. The control system of the device uses SF6-specific valves with patented technology, which are more reliable than similar foreign ball valves.
8. The storage system can be equipped with storage tanks of various specifications and capacities according to user requirements.
9. The equipment is air-cooled and mobile, and can be used without external water source.
