JY-120KV Mobile Microcomputer DC High Voltage Generator Purpose:

Suitable for DC withstand voltage and leakage tests of various high-voltage electrical equipment (except inductive loads) in power systems, especially long cables.

The single-phase 50Hz AC power supply is rectified by a bidirectional thyristor single-phase bridge rectifier to obtain adjustable DC voltage, which is filtered and then enters the converter to generate medium-frequency AC. After medium-frequency step-up pulse transformer and voltage doubler rectification, 60KV, 120KV, and 200KV DC high voltage is produced. It is equipped with a low-voltage DC negative feedback circuit and a low-voltage DC overcurrent distribution system circuit. The ZGF type medium-frequency DC high voltage generator has output voltages of 60KV with a current of 2mA; 120KV with a current of 2mA; and 200KV with a current of 2mA. It also has a 0.75UI=1mA voltage and current display function.

Precautions:

1. To ensure personal safety, users are repeatedly reminded: the control box and high-voltage tower must have good grounding, and the discharge of the test object and high-voltage tower after shutdown must be handled properly.

2. Do not block the upper and lower ventilation holes of the control box, and prevent foreign objects from falling in through the holes. If the control box has a fan, check regularly whether the fan is operating normally.

3. When the insulating cylinder of the high-voltage tower is dirty, wipe it clean with a dry cloth. Do not use organic solvents such as alcohol or gasoline for cleaning. Detergent can be used to clean the surface of the insulating cylinder, and it can only be used after air drying. When transporting or not in use, place it in the aluminum alloy case.

4. When replacing the fuse, replace it according to the ampere rating marked next to the fuse holder.

5. If the high-voltage shielded microammeter displays "LOW BAT", replace the 9V battery to avoid measurement errors. Turn off the power when not in use.

6. Without permission, do not open the control box and high-voltage tower, as this will affect the product warranty. The manufacturer is not responsible for self-disassembly.
