SF6 Gas Liquid Full-Function Recovery Device
I. Device Introduction
Our company, based on the electric power industry standard DL/T 662-1999 "Technical Conditions for SF6 Gas Recovery Devices" and the former Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry standard JB/DQ2588-90 "SF6 Gas Filling and Recovery Devices", has independently developed the YDL-RPSF6 series SF6 gas recovery and filling device, with key main components imported. This device possesses the essential functions of a general SF6 gas recovery and filling device, such as vacuuming, filling, recovery, and storage.
II. Device Features
1. Adopts the design principle of freezing and liquefaction, reducing the system's working pressure and greatly improving recovery efficiency.
2. The SF6 compressor is a Copeland semi-hermetic compressor, applied to halogen gases such as SF6, with fluorine resistance to ensure no leakage.
3. The dual-container system features an SF6 vaporization method, using higher-temperature high-pressure SF6 gas to force low-temperature low-pressure SF6 liquid into cylinders, with short filling time and large filling capacity.
4. Uses a column-type liquid level gauge for intuitive and accurate SF6 liquid level indication. The level has backlight indication for clear visibility.
5. The liquid storage container is equipped with a high-power SF6 vaporization electric heater. Automatic temperature control during use ensures full vaporization of SF6 for external filling.
6. The oil mist filtration system based on American Hankison principles ensures oil content meets standards. Compressor lubricating oil is guaranteed not to need replenishment within one year, and the oil level is ensured not to drop.
7. The molecular sieve drying system is reliable. Regeneration does not require disassembly, dismantling, or replacement, and is convenient to use. Simply perform self-regeneration on the molecular sieve dryer to restore drying performance to its original state.
8. All ball valves adopt American Swagelok working principles, with sealing elements having automatic compensation performance. They are practically applied under vacuum and pressure conditions, ensuring no leakage in both vacuum and pressure, making them dedicated ball valves for both vacuum and pressure use. (American Swagelok original ball valves can also be selected.)
9. Customized phase sequence protection device with a withstand voltage of up to 500V, greatly improving reliability.
10. Three-phase power supply, neutral wire is not necessary, and the entire unit is equipped with a leakage protector.
11. The flow chart is drawn on the panel for convenient and intuitive operation, all using ball valves with clear open and closed states.
12. Adopts air-cooled, mobile type, usable in situations without a water source.
13. High-quality casters for easy movement without damaging the floor.
14. Equipped with self-compensating valves to eliminate valve leakage issues
15. Check valves and single-direction valves completely prevent oil return in case of power failure
