BGY4/BGY2 Stainless Steel Explosion-proof Electric Heater
High-temperature resistance wires are evenly distributed inside the stainless steel heating tube, which is made of high-temperature resistant seamless stainless steel pipe. The gaps are densely filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder that has excellent thermal conductivity and insulation properties. This structure of the heating tube is not only advanced and highly efficient in heat transfer, but also ensures uniform heating. When current passes through the high-temperature resistance wire, the heat generated by the heating tube is dispersed through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the surface of the metal tube, and then transferred to the heated object or air, achieving the purpose of heating.
BGY4/BGY2 Stainless Steel Explosion-proof Electric Heater is composed of heating elements, heater shell, bimetallic thermometer, exhaust valve, and expansion-type temperature control switch. The MI cable used in this equipment is different from ordinary tubular heaters; its shape is linear, and the temperature difference between the heating cable's heating core and the metal sheath is very small, resulting in good thermal conductivity, reliable operation, and long service life. After the heating cable is wound and formed, the heat exchange area is large, the surface heat load is low, heating is uniform, and thermal efficiency is high. The heating element sheath is made of stainless steel and nickel-plated, providing good corrosion resistance. This series of heaters uses thermal oil as the heat transfer medium, adopts electric heating to raise temperature, and is a high-efficiency, energy-saving heating equipment that forces liquid-phase circulation through a high-temperature oil pump, widely used in various fields.

Maintenance Measures:
a. Regularly clean the heater according to the actual working mode and the contamination level of the fluid. Appropriate cleaning solutions can be used to rinse off muddy sediments, while solid sediments inside components or in recesses need to be removed by disassembling the heating element assembly. To avoid damaging the heating elements or the recesses of the heater, suitable solvents should be used for cleaning.
b. Only the side of the conduit of the heating element group can be cleaned with liquid cleaning agents or solvents.
c. After cleaning the heater, reassemble the heater in the reverse order of the above procedures, replace the new flange gasket, and test the heating elements.
