The regulations stipulate that during transformer handover, major repair, minor repair, tap changer position changes, fault inspection, and preventive tests, the DC resistance of transformer windings must be measured. The ZRC-3A DC Resistance Rapid Tester (micro-ohmmeter) is a high-precision replacement for DC single and double bridge instruments.
